The State of Oklahoma is seeking an Assistant Attorney General in the Office of the Attorney General, working from Oklahoma City or Tulsa, to lead consumer protection, antitrust, and complex litigation efforts. The role involves civil investigations, enforcement actions, discovery, and trial work within a multistate context.

This position may require some travel, both within and outside the State.
Applicants must be a licensed attorney and have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the practice of law. Strong writing and oral advocacy skills are required. Preference may be given to candidates with supervisory experience and/or litigation experience.
