Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and coaching expertise to the team.
  • Recruit student athletes to the institution in sufficient numbersto field an eligible and competitive team for the duration of theseason.
  • Encourage and promote student athletes to make academic progressand attend all classes.
  • Read, understand, and apply correctly all rules and regulationsof the college, NJCAA, NJCAA Region 20, and the Maryland JUCOConference.
  • Work cooperatively with the college administration and supportstaff.
  • Participate in an organized fund raising program.
  • Cultivate an environment of good sportsmanship.
  • Perform responsibilities in multi-purpose sharedfacilities.
  • Serve as a van driver for intercollegiate games and scrimmages asnecessary.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Adjunct salary

Adjunct level 1 - $1,085 per credit hour.

Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Knowledge of athletic and wellness equipment.
  • Experience in multi-purpose recreational facilities.
