Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• 3 years of relevant work experience is preferred. Experience in athletics operations is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite; ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates team transportation and bus schedules, including after-hours busing needs.
• Assists with estimation and tracking of bus costs during the year.
• Coordinates assignment of officials for all events and manages related payments and notifications.
• Coordinates staffing for home events (ticket takers, scoreboard operators, PA announcers, security, etc.).
• Promotes athletic events to local media, student newspapers and social media outlets.
