Stars Behavioral Health Group in Visalia, CA is seeking an experienced supervisor to hire, train, and supervise staff, while supporting leadership with meetings and special projects. The role coordinates services for clients and families and provides clinical and operational support to leadership.

The position may oversee psychiatric services, ensure compliance with County, State, and Federal requirements, manage program operations with the Administrator, and partner with the Training Department

Responsabilidades

• Hires, trains, and supervises staff.
• Supports the Assistant Regional Administrator with meetings and special projects.
• Coordinates services for clients and families.
• Provides clinical and operational support to leadership.
• Develops policies and procedures.
• Monitors budgets.
• Builds partnerships with external agencies.
• Maintains community relationships.
• Supports crisis intervention.
• Implements new programs.
• Oversees psychiatric services (may).
• Ensures compliance with County, State, and Federal requirements.
• Manages program operations with the Administrator.
• Partners with Training Department to support staff development.
