Stars Behavioral Health Group in Visalia, CA is seeking an Assistant Administrator for the High Fidelity Wraparound Program (Outpatient). This role leads daily operations, coordinates clinical services, and supports administrative oversight to ensure high-quality care for youth and families.

You will supervise staff, manage budgets, and collaborate with external partners while advancing program goals. A Bachelor’s is required with five years in behavioral health and three years in management;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hires, trains, and supervises staff.
• Coordinates services for clients and families; supports leadership.
• Develops policies, monitors budgets, and builds partnerships.
• Oversees program operations and commissions training initiatives.
