Stars Behavioral Health Group in Visalia, CA is seeking an experienced supervisor to hire, train, and supervise staff, while supporting leadership with meetings and special projects. The role coordinates services for clients and families and provides clinical and operational support to leadership.

The position may oversee psychiatric services, ensure compliance with County, State, and Federal requirements, manage program operations with the Administrator, and partner with the Training Department

Descripción del empleo

This role hires, trains, and supervises staff; supports the (Assistant Regional) Administrator with meetings and special projects; coordinates services for clients and families; and provides clinical and operational support to leadership. Responsibilities include developing policies and procedures, monitoring budgets, building partnerships with external agencies, maintaining community relationships, supporting crisis intervention, and implementing new programs. The position may also oversee psychiatric services, ensure compliance with County, State, and Federal requirements, manage program operations with the Administrator, and partner with the Training Department to support staff development.

Division/Program Overview:

• Population Served: Serves clients (ages 6-20)
• Facility & Setting: Outpatient community-based services and support. Delivers client services throughout Tulare County within designated county limits. May be required to transport clients/client family members utilizing personal vehicle.
• Clinical Services: Individual and family Counseling.
• Skills & Services: Medication management, Housing, Education, and Vocational Support services.
• Role specific Benefits & Reimbursements: Mileage reimbursement included at a rate of $0.85 per mile and Monthly stipend included (Cell phone / Internet)
