Job summary

Precision AQ is hiring an Assistant Account Executive to support a dynamic team delivering payer-focused marketing communications. The role emphasizes leadership within the internal team, coordinating project timelines, and ensuring successful client deliverables in a fast-growing agency environment.

You will interact with project teams, assist in proposal development, and help manage budgets while maintaining regulatory compliant promotional items.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or advertising.
• Internship and/or 1+ year in advertising, marketing, or medical/health communications agency.
• Experience in Traffic, Project Management or Account Management roles.

Responsibilities

• Implement projects to promote and ensure the success and profitability of client deliverables.
• Support client services by coordinating with Project Management to develop timelines and communicate progress.
• Drive daily project activities, manage scope and budget, anticipate roadblocks and changes.
