Precision AQ is seeking an Assistant Account Executive in the United States (NJ) to lead internal teams and drive marketing programs that payers will remember. You will coordinate with brand and project teams to deliver exceptional work and manage timelines, budgets, and scope.

The role requires a bachelor’s in marketing/communications/advertising and hands-on experience in advertising or healthcare communications, with strong client contact skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or advertising is required.
• One year of practical work experience in advertising, marketing or medical/health communications agency preferred.
• Experience with direct client contact is desired.

Aufgaben

• Implement projects to promote and ensure the success and profitability of client deliverables.
• Support client services by handling projects and coordinating with Project Management to develop timelines and flag red flags.
• Drive daily project activity including scope management, changes, and roadblocks within budget and timeline.
• Coordinate or participate in content planning meetings with key content experts.
• Maintain daily client contact and prepare client contact reports with next steps.
• Facilitate medical-regulatory-review processes to ensure compliance of promotional items.
• Contribute to client proposals, budgets and reconciliations, monitor direct and labor costs and identify out-of-scope items.
• Assist with preparing financial and forecasting reports.
