Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or advertising.
• Internship or 1+ year experience in advertising/marketing/medical communications including traffic or PM roles.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with direct client contact.

Responsibilities

• Implement projects to promote client deliverables and profitability.
• Support client services by handling projects, developing timelines with PM team, and identifying red flags.
• Drive daily project activities by managing scope, scope changes, and roadblocks per timeline and budgets.
• Coordinate/participate in content planning meetings with content experts.
• Daily client contact, prepare client reports and summarize next steps.
• Facilitate medical-legal-regulatory review to ensure compliance.
• Contribute to the development of client proposals, budgets, reconciliations and monitor costs.
• Assist with preparing financial and forecasting reports.
