Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or advertising is required.
• Internship or 1+ year experience in advertising, marketing, or medical/health communications agency, including roles in Traffic, Project Management, or Account Management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with direct client contact.

Responsibilities

• Implement projects to promote and ensure success and profitability of client deliverables.
• Support client services by handling projects and coordinating with PM to develop timelines, communicate achievements, and flag risks.
• Manage project scope, scope changes, and roadblocks to align with timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate or participate in content planning meetings with key content experts.
• Maintain daily client contact, prepare client contact reports and outline next steps.
• Facilitate medical/regulatory/legal reviews to ensure compliance for promotional items.
• Contribute to client proposals, budgets and reconciliations; monitor direct and labor costs for out-of-scope items.
• Assist with preparing financial and forecasting reports.
