Precision AQ - Market Access Marketing is seeking an Account Executive to support client services and promote the success and profitability of client deliverables. The role links agency activities with Precision AQ’s clients through proactive communication and project leadership.

The position emphasizes coordinating content, timelines and budgets, supervising internal teams, and ensuring compliance and quality across deliverables. Some travel is expected, with healthcare experience being a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related subject.
At least 1 year of experience as Assistant Account Executive or Account Executive in advertising/marketing/communications.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Willingness to travel up to 5%.
Healthcare/medical communications experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead as the primary client contact on assigned projects and ensure high-quality client deliverables.
Coordinate with internal teams to align creative briefs and timelines.
Manage budgets, scopes, and forecasting with the Project Management team.
Prepare client contact reports and summarize next steps after meetings.
