Precision AQ - Market Access Marketing is seeking an Account Executive to connect agency activities with clients and drive timely, compliant deliverables. You will lead client communications, coordinate with internal teams, and support financial tracking and reporting.

The role emphasizes client management, budget awareness, and cross-functional collaboration. A bachelor's degree and at least one year in an advertising/marketing setting are required; travel up to 5% may be expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related field.
• At least one year of experience as an Assistant Account Executive or Account Executive in advertising/marketing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Operates as lead point of contact on assigned projects within the client account.
• Provides quality control of client deliverables and aligns briefs across teams.
• Coordinates content planning meetings with key experts and personnel.
• Manages project timelines, budgets and internal resources.
• Tracks client communications and prepares status reports.
