Job summary

Precision AQ - Market Access Marketing is seeking an Account Executive to drive client services, coordinating cross‑functional teams and ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery. The role emphasizes quality control, client communications, and strategic contribution to proposals and briefs.

You will collaborate with project teams, manage timelines, and support regulatory and medical review processes as needed. A strong communication skillset and healthcare industry exposure are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related subject.
• At least one year of experience as an Assistant Account Executive or Account Executive in advertising, marketing, communication or related industry.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Travel flexibility up to 5%.
• Experience with writing SOWs and project briefs is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead client management as the primary contact on assigned projects and ensure quality control of client deliverables.
• Coordinate content planning meetings with content experts and internal teams.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and internal resources; identify red flags and escalate as needed.
• Draft client reports, summarize next steps, and ensure materials are available for meetings.
