Base pay range

$65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

As a member of the Sales team, the Assistant Account Executive will support the sales team with reporting and order management. The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial spirit and can adapt to shifting priorities. This role supports multiple brands including Eddie Bauer and Brooks Brothers. The candidate should be highly motivated to excel and grow within Catalyst Brands.

Position Responsibilities:

1. Partner with sales team on developing and executing long-term growth strategies
2. Build and maintain relationships with buying teams
3. Manage the ecommerce asset submission process
4. Analyze and report weekly sales; identify opportunities and risks and share insights with account managers
5. Handle activities related to market prep, including NuOrder setup and line sheet creation
6. Coordinate with customer service on order issues; follow up on POs and monitor shipping

Position Requirements:

1. 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced wholesale environment
2. Strong understanding of retail math concepts
3. Detail-oriented, highly motivated; able to take initiative and complete tasks independently
4. Proficient in Excel
5. Familiar with retailer vendor portals; experience with NuOrder is a plus

Physical Requirements:

1. Ability to perform essential job functions safely and successfully in accordance with ADA, FMLA, and other standards
2. Maintain regular and timely attendance
3. Remain stationary for up to 8 hours per day
4. Operate computer and office equipment, monitor for up to 8 hours
5. Communicate clearly and accurately in person, verbally, and in writing
6. Reach at or below shoulder level
7. Carry equipment and move boxes/samples as needed
