What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create comprehensive business plans to achieve total POP targets for the U.S.
- Coordinate roles and responsibilities across teams to effectively move POP leads through the sales funnel
- Manage partner lifecycle of assigned partners, including training and governance
- Drive joint pipeline growth through partner-originated opportunities
- Generate monthly reports and metrics for leads and qualified opportunities from partner events
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Operations, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
- 5-8 years of partner management, sales, or business development experience in the technology industry
- Proven track record of quota overachievement in partner sales and strategy execution
- Experience leading deal negotiations and managing executive relationships with partners
- Understanding of cross-functional collaboration at an executive level
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Extensive relationships within the Cloud Service Providers (CSP), System Integrators (SI), and Reseller partner community
- Experience in partner channel development or "sell-with" sales
