Job Posting: Executive Assistant (Remote Position) – Salary + Bonuses

We are searching for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive assistant to join our team. This is a dynamic role that requires exceptional communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong desire to learn and grow within the real estate and coaching industry.

Responsibilities:

• Communication Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications. Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Cold Calling & Follow-Ups: Conduct outreach and follow-up calls with clients and leads, ensuring seamless communication and client retention.

• Social Media & Content Management: Assist in managing social media accounts, scheduling posts, and engaging with the audience.

• Video Editing & Design Work: Basic video editing and creating marketing materials using Canva (training available).

• CRM & Database Management: Maintain and update client records to ensure accurate data management.

• Podcast Support: Assist with podcast episode uploads, editing, and distribution (training available).

• Administrative Tasks: Scheduling appointments, organizing tasks, and ensuring workflow efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Cold Calling Experience is Required. If you are not comfortable making calls, this role is not for you.

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.

• Experience handling social media platforms and engagement.

• Basic video editing skills; advanced skills are a plus.

• Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM software.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Strong follow-up skills and ability to maintain client relationships.

• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and work independently.

• Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Podcast management knowledge is a plus. If you do not have experience, training will be provided.
