The Assistant Bureau Chief of Business Operations within the Florida Department of Corrections' Division of Facilities Management and Building Construction is a supervisory role in Tallahassee. Qualificações

• Six years of experience in accounting, finance, budget, public administration or communications (or degree substituting up to 4 years).
• State of Florida Financial Programs Experience.
• Florida Certified Contract Manager (FCCM) or MFMP Experience.
• Experience in construction and/or maintenance cost accounting.
• Experience in preparing financial management reports and reconciliation of accounts.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare budget requests and monitor expenditures for multiple projects.
• Manage project closeouts and financial documentation.
• Train staff on financial procedures and compliance.
