Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Operations Service Specialist to join our Global Records Management team. You will oversee warehouse asset tracking, manage shipping and receiving schedules, and execute physical asset storage and destruction workflows.

You will join a dedicated operational team focused on inventory accuracy, spatial efficiency, and facility protection while collaborating with internal teams to uphold safety standards at the Moonachie, NJ site.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in warehouse administration, inventory control, or shipping and receiving operations.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer operations for data entry, asset tracking, and scheduling.
Ability to audit inventory, organize spatial layouts, and manage time-sensitive logistics workflows.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

Oversee warehouse operations and space; coordinate shipping/receiving and asset handling.
Collaborate with internal teams and logistics partners to track assets and generate reports.
Ensure compliance and maintain safety standards across the facility.
