Job summary

Iron Mountain in Kentucky is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our Operations team. You will be responsible for secure handling, movement, and storage of client records and information, with emphasis on safety and accuracy.

You will load, unload, weigh, and sort items (up to 50 pounds), use carts and pallet jacks, and work with teammates to wrap pallets for transport, while following security guidelines.

• Experience with a physical job involving repetitive motions and frequent climbing.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds throughout shift.
• Strong attention to detail to follow procedures and protect confidential records.

Job Description

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the secure and physically demanding handling, movement, and storage of client records and information.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

• Execute secure material handling, including loading, unloading, moving, weighing, and sorting a variety of items, to ensure efficient workflow.

• Securely manage records by moving boxes, weighing up to 50 pounds, on and off shelving and carts, often requiring the safe use of a ladder. Use wheeled carts and pallet jacks, and collaborate with team members to wrap pallets for safe transport.

• Ensure compliance with physical security guidelines, maintaining the security of customer information and a clean, safe work environment.

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience and comfort with a physical job that involves repetitive motions, frequent climbing, stooping, crouching, kneeling, pushing, reaching, and pulling.

• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and sustain physical activity throughout the shift.
