Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a dedicated Warehouse/Record Center Specialist to join our Operations team in Dallas. You will maintain the security and integrity of customer assets while efficiently processing and managing secure storage containers within our record center.

Responsibilities include scanning barcodes, handling physical logistics, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. A HS diploma, data-entry skills, and 1–2 years of warehouse experience are required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse/records center environment.
• Strong data-entry and Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Adherence to safety protocols and ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• High School diploma or equivalent; capable of English communication.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders using the Safekeeper system and manage ~200 cartons daily.
• Handle loading/unloading, moving, weighing and sorting of items with appropriate tools.
• Maintain secure, clean work area and protect customer information at all times.
