Charles Schwab is hiring for an Operational Associate in the Asset Transfer Services department. This client-facing role involves processing various transfer requests, ensuring asset eligibility, and communicating with clients, partners, and financial institutions.

Expect 2–4 hours of phone work daily and a focus on accuracy and timely processing. The role requires a customer-focused mindset, multitasking ability, and teamwork in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Client-facing role experience preferred.
• Strong communication and accuracy in written and verbal interactions.
• Ability to switch gears to meet tight deadlines and high-volume processing.

Responsibilities

• Process transfer paperwork (Incoming ACATs, DRS, Foreign, Outbound, Non-ACATs, Mutual Funds).
• Review assets for transfer eligibility and accuracy.
• Communicate with clients, internal partners, and financial institutions.
• Maintain high accuracy while processing transfers within deadlines.
• Support calls 2–4 hours per day and collaborate with team.
