Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an Operations Associate for the Account Transfers team in St. Cloud, MN. The role involves processing asset transfers, reviewing documentation, data entry, and ensuring accuracy across multiple systems. It is fully onsite and typically 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of office experience, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset. Banking or related administrative experience is beneficial but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's Degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process daily work including asset movement, transfers, or new account setup.
• Process routine and complex transactions accurately and timely.
• Identify, interpret and resolve potential problems.
• Follow procedures to meet service level agreements and quality metrics.
• Learn, use and support various financial products, software and systems.
• Comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
