Young Brothers is seeking a Director, Asset Strategy to lead enterprise asset management across marine, terminal, transportation, and operational assets valued at over $150 million.

Reporting to the CFO, you will develop financial models, lifecycle plans, and governance to optimize capital allocation and long-term reliability. You will partner with Marine, Terminal, Engineering, Procurement, Accounting, and FP&A to forecast replacements, perform ROI analyses, and support regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead asset management for marine, terminal, and equipment assets.

• Support regulatory filings and enterprise asset reporting requirements.
