Job summary

Young Brothers LLC seeks a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead enterprise FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and regulatory finance. You will drive data-driven decision making, pricing strategy, and KPI development to improve long-term financial performance.

The role partners with executive leadership and operations to align financial objectives with business strategy, including rate design, capital allocation, and performance analytics across the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or related quantitative discipline and 10+ years of experience.
• MBA preferred and US GAAP knowledge; experience with regulatory requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A, asset strategy, capital planning and regulatory finance functions.
• Develop KPI frameworks and enterprise reporting across the organization.
• Support regulatory rate cases, pricing strategy and long-range financial planning.
• Partner with leadership to align financial performance with strategic objectives.
• Oversee enterprise-wide budgeting and forecasting processes.
