Citi in Jersey City, NJ is seeking a senior Asset Servicing Lead Analyst to manage corporate actions processing end-to-end across global markets. You will lead complex events, ensure risk controls and coordinate with desks, clients, and counterparties.

The role requires 6–10 years in corporate actions within top-tier financial institutions, strong Excel/Outlook skills, and an ability to lead projects and train staff in a fast-paced setting.

Formación

• Senior level experience in a related role.
• Experience in Tier 1 global financial institutions.
• 6-10 years of experience.
• Expert knowledge across Mandatory and Voluntary Corporate Actions across Equity and Fixed Income.
• Understanding of Stock Record, long/shorts, and various position types including stock lending.
• Advanced experience with Excel and Outlook; web-based applications experience.

Responsabilidades

• Perform corporate actions processing from announcement to reconciliation, election, entitlement processing, and break resolution with proper risk management.
• Assist with processing ad-hoc instructions for conversions, SPAC splits, warrants, exchanges, DRS, and legend removals.
• Perform reconciliations and controls to support lifecycle processing and break management; escalate high-risk events.
• Manage workflow within department; act as SME, handle escalations, resolve complex transactions.
• Authorise/approve applicable transactions and workflows.
• Research and resolve open balances; coordinate with desks and counterparties on liabilities.
• Lead projects or offer solutions for assigned area; provide training to staff.
• Resolve complex customer problems and consult with customers as required.
• Identify and manage risk within events/process; liaise with clients and other departments.
• Recommend system/procedural enhancements for Asset Servicing.
• Train staff across systems, markets, products; coach junior personnel.
• Oversee day-to-day resource management and allocation; influence others.
