Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in asset servicing or related field.
• 1-2 years of people management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise corporate action processing and reconciliation activities.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, depositories and issuers for corporate actions.
• Ensure timely, accurate processing and control adherence for all actions.
• Prepare and analyze weekly/monthly performance metrics and reports.
• Act as escalation point for issue resolution and risk mitigation.
