You will interpret notifications, manage elections, and coordinate with internal teams and external providers to ensure accurate processing and timely responses.

Qualifications

• Experience across asset servicing, including corporate actions, elections, and income processing.
• Familiar with corporate action platforms, proxy systems, and SWIFT standards.
• Proven ability to manage and develop a team in financial services.
• Strong understanding of operational risk, controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements to reduce risk and increase efficiency.
• Excellent relationship-building across departments and with external partners.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
• Strong leadership skills to inspire a collaborative, high-performing team.
• Team-oriented mindset with a client-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day delivery of asset servicing across asset classes.
• Process corporate actions, elections, income events, and related tasks.
• Interpret event notices and supporting documentation.
• Support audits, regulatory reviews, and control testing.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external providers.
• Investigate and resolve breaks and discrepancies.
• Assist with governance, risk, and compliance controls.
