Job summary

Janus Henderson Group is seeking an Asset Servicing Analyst in Denver to support day-to-day asset servicing activities across multiple asset classes. The role involves processing corporate actions, elections, income events, proxy voting, class actions, and tax events, with Liaison to internal teams and providers.

You will work in a hybrid environment with strong emphasis on risk controls, regulatory compliance, and client-focused service.

Qualifications

• Asset Servicing expertise across the full spectrum, including corporate actions, elections and income processing.
• Experience with corporate action platforms, proxy systems, and SWIFT messaging standards.
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing a team in financial services.
• Strong understanding of operational risk, control frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and mitigate risk.
• Excellent relationship-building skills across departments and with external partners.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
• Strong management skills with ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Team-oriented and client-focused with a focus on exceptional service.

Responsibilities

Your opportunity

As an Asset Servicing Analyst, you will support the day-to-day delivery of asset servicing activities across multiple asset classes and products, including corporate actions, income events, proxy voting, class actions, and tax-related processes.

• Process corporate actions, income events, proxy voting, class actions, and tax events.
• Interpret event notifications and supporting documentation.
• Support voluntary elections and ensure timely responses.
• Perform reconciliations, validations, and exception management.
• Investigate and resolve breaks and discrepancies.

Must have skills

• Asset Servicing Expertise:Significant experienceacross the full spectrum of Asset Servicing, including corporate actions processing, elections, and incomeprocessing.
• System & Standards: Experience with corporate action platforms, proxy systems, and SWIFT messaging standards.
• Team Leadership:Proven experience managing and developing a team within a financial services or asset management environment.
• Operational Control:Strong understanding of operational risk, control frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
• Process Improvement:Demonstratedability toidentifyand implement process enhancements to drive efficiency and mitigate risk.

Compensation information

The base salary for this position is $70,000 - $80,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This position will be open through October 2026.

Annual Bonus Opportunity

Position may be eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on Company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on Company, department, team and individual performance.
