Job summary

GHD Advisory is seeking an Asset Management, Senior Advisor - Water (US) to grow and lead municipal water asset management programs guided by ISO 55000 and EPA standards. You will set strategy, win work, and direct multi-disciplinary teams across asset data, condition/RUL, risk, and CIP prioritization.

You will oversee CMMS/EAM delivery (Maximo, Infor, SAP, Cityworks), mentor project managers, and drive pipeline development for city, county, and regional utilities. Hybrid work model in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial/Systems Engineering; PE licensure required.
• 10+ years in municipal water/wastewater asset management consulting with progressive responsibility.
• Experience implementing risk, level of service, lifecycle frameworks and translating results into prioritized capital & O&M plans.
• Hands-on leadership with CMMS/EAM (Maximo, Infor, SAP PM, Cityworks) and integration with GIS/SCADA.
• Ability to travel 20–40% as projects require.

Responsibilities

• Data collection and analysis to inform authoritative recommendations with short- and long-term impact.
• Lead a community of practice in a defined expertise area and develop innovative solutions.
• Develop slide decks and client reports to communicate innovative solutions to senior management.
• Deliver bespoke training, workshops, and advisory reports to address client issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Design project/program architecture and create multiple solutions meeting client requirements.
• Build subject-matter expertise and maintain external accreditations and knowledge of industry best practices.
• Manage a portfolio of major projects aligning with PM strategy.
• Maintain key client relationships and leverage account teams for satisfaction and growth.
