Kimberly-Clark - Neenah facility seeks a Reliability Manager to lead maintenance and reliability strategy for the site, delivering breakthroughs in asset performance and reducing costs through continuous improvement. The role partners with KCNA, Central Stores, and site Operations & Engineering to shape the plant’s reliability plan and transformation program.

The ideal candidate has a engineering degree and 10+ years in manufacturing, with strong Lean, maintenance, and leadership experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in engineering or relevant scientific discipline.
  • 10+ years of manufacturing-related experience.
  • Experience in Engineering, Operations, Lean Manufacturing, and Maintenance.
  • Ability to organize and lead multi-functional teams and foster a proactive environment.
  • Experience with Kimberly-Clark procedures, Lean practices, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the reliability strategy and plant-level execution to improve asset performance, safety, quality, and OEE.
  • Develop and implement safety systems and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Lead Stores and Reliability teams including maintenance technicians, planners, and reliability engineers.
  • Guide cost-effective resource allocations and drive world-class reliability services.
  • Govern reliability processes, continuously improve standards, and manage investments in reliability technology.
