Job summary

Titan Property Services, LLC (TPS) is seeking professionals to join our Asset Recovery Specialist team in locating former homeowners owed money held in county court systems due to property tax sales. Customer service or sales experience in real estate, genealogy mapping, or professional client service are a plus.

Our team is professional, client-service driven, with strong computer and web searching skills.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of locating customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Highly motivated with strong organizational skills and task prioritization.
• High school diploma or GED; some college credit preferred.

Responsibilities

• Originate outbound calls and marketing letters to former homeowners and heirs.
• Notify former owners about excess proceeds and how TPS can recover funds.
• Provide prompt client service and manage relationships until funds are delivered.
