Qualifications

• High School or GED is required.
• 5-7 years in retail, security, first response, or military.
• 1-2 years in big-box retail, security, or military.
• 1-2 years of detailed incident report writing experience.
• 1-2 years of experience conducting quality reviews and audits.
• Driver’s license required.
• Security license required.
• Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice, Safety, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Supply Chain leadership to maintain a visible security presence.
• Supervise SC Security Officer expectations including training, attendance, scheduling, and equipment management.
• Ensure all security posts are properly staffed and ready.
• De-escalate situations involving associates, visitors, and contractors.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies such as medical events or fire alarms.
• Monitor CCTV and patrol interior and exterior premises for security concerns.
• Collaborate with leadership to enforce policies and procedures.
• Prepare detailed incident reports using the case management system.
