Lowe’s Companies, Inc. in Massachusetts is seeking a Security and Risk Management leader to partner with operations, 3PLs and Asset Protection teams to optimize customer experience while controlling costs and maximizing margins.

You will hire, develop, and supervise a diverse team of Security Specialists within a supply chain environment. You will evaluate internal controls and procedures, drive process improvements, provide training, and deliver reports and trends to guide profitability

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree - Risk Management, Engineering, Business, or other related degree.
• 1-3 years Retail AP experience (Distribution or retail stores)

Responsibilities

• Partners with operational leaders, 3PL providers, and Supply Chain Asset Protection Managers to review policies and processes for improving customer experience while controlling expenses.
• Builds relationships and collaborates with key stakeholders.
• Manages, hires, and develops a diverse team of hourly Lowe’s Security Specialists within a supply chain environment.
• Oversees compliance and effectiveness of product quality audit program and adjusts to meet evolving strategies.
• Evaluate internal controls and procedures to reduce financial risk and drive profit.
• Identify risks and mitigate through escalations with leadership and partners.
• Provide training and governance over network processes to support initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to damage reduction strategies and operational controls.
