Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking an Asset Protection Agent to join our store team. You will help protect people, assets and product accuracy while working with the Emergency Response Team to respond to emergencies and conduct investigations.

The role requires a valid security license where applicable and the ability to make fast, prudent decisions. You will build partnerships with store leadership and local law enforcement, while maintaining confidentiality and showing composure in challenging

Responsibilities

• Resolve theft with prudent judgment and proper apprehensions.
• Identify theft trends using surveillance and reporting tools.
• Support shrinkage reduction through action plans and standards.
• Assist investigations using evidence and collaboration with AP leadership.
• Monitor activity with video systems and aid item-level investigations.
