Job summary

Sephora USA, Inc. is seeking an Asset Protection Partner at our NYC flagship store. You will safeguard assets, support a safe, inclusive environment for clients and employees, and partner with store leaders to implement safety and shrink strategies on the selling floor.

In this role you will monitor activity with CCTV, conduct audits, respond to incidents with professionalism, and participate in training. The position requires 1–2 years in retail or loss prevention and a commitment to exemplary

Qualifications

1–2 years in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.
Understanding of retail operations, shrink, and safety.
Ability to build trust and collaborate across teams.
Conflict de-escalation skills.
Comfortable with CCTV and reporting tools.
Excellent communication and attention to detail.
Physically able to lift and carry up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

Promote safety and awareness; lead meetings and training.
Maintain strong store presence; spend 75-80% on the selling floor.
Partner with leadership to align shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
Monitor and investigate losses using CCTV and reporting tools.
De-escalate incidents professionally, prioritizing safety and client experience.
Complete audits and prepare reports for asset protection efforts.
Adhere to all asset protection policies and licensing requirements.
Support multiple locations as needed.
Represent Sephora; testify in court if required.
