Job summary

Sephora Boston is seeking an Asset Protection Partner to safeguard assets and maintain a safe, inclusive environment for clients and staff. You will collaborate with store leaders and the District Asset Protection Manager to implement safety and shrink strategies, monitor activity, and handle incidents with professionalism.

The role requires 1–2 years in retail, hospitality, or loss prevention, plus strong communication and conflict-de-escalation skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.
• Understanding of retail operations, shrink, and safety.
• Ability to build trust and collaborate across teams.
• Conflict de-escalation skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and awareness; lead meetings and training to reinforce protocols.
• Spend 75–80% on the selling floor to deter theft and support service.
• Collaborate with store leadership to align shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
• Monitor CCTV and reporting tools to identify and investigate losses.
• De-escalate incidents professionally, prioritizing safety and client experience.
• Complete audits and reports for asset protection efforts.
• Adhere to asset protection policies and licensing requirements.
• Support multiple locations as needed.
• Represent Sephora in legal proceedings if required.
