Job summary

Sephora seeks an Asset Protection Partner to safeguard assets and create a safe, inclusive store environment. You will work with store leaders to implement safety strategies, monitor activity, and handle incidents with professionalism.

Expect 1–2 years in relevant roles, ability to work on the selling floor for most hours, and strong collaboration with leadership to reduce shrink and enhance customer service. The role is full-time and on-site in Arlington, VA.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.
• Understanding of retail operations, shrink, and safety.
• Ability to build trust and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety & awareness; lead meetings and training.
• Spend 75-80% on the selling floor to deter theft and support service.
• Collaborate with managers to align shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
• Use CCTV and reporting tools to identify and investigate losses.
• De-escalate incidents professionally, prioritizing safety and client experience.
• Complete audits and prepare reports for asset protection efforts.
• Adhere to asset protection policies and licensing requirements.
• Support multiple locations as needed.
• Testify in court on behalf of Sephora if required.
