Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Asset Protection Coordinator to maintain and monitor asset protection, security, compliance, and safety within a facility. The role supports shrink reduction, inventory accuracy, and a safe environment for employees and customers.

The coordinator will analyze reports, observe on the sales floor, and ensure compliance with safety and security directives while interacting with customers and outfitters on a uniformed basis.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred degrees in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field.
• Certifications or licenses as required by local jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Drive training on shrink, safety, and security for Outfitters.
• Cascade Asset Protection directives to store leadership.
• Identify root causes of shrink via cycle counts and audits.
• Investigate known loss and external incidents; monitor security systems.
