Nordstrom is seeking an Asset Protection Agent to safeguard customers, teams and merchandise at our store locations. You will partner with the Emergency Response Team to respond to incidents, investigate theft, and maintain safety standards.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Resolve theft with good judgment and quality apprehensions following policy and AP guidance.
• Identify theft trends using surveillance and reporting systems.
• Drive shrinkage reduction by implementing action plans and protection standards.
• Identify, escalate, and support internal theft investigations using reports and surveillance.
• Investigate internal theft and coordinate with AP Leadership and Investigation teams.
• Use video systems to monitor activity and aid investigations.
• Leverage RFID data to track merchandise movement and inaccuracies.
• Maintain safety and security of customers and employees; report incidents promptly.
