Responsibilities

• Resolve theft using good judgment and policy adherence.
• Identify theft trends via reporting and surveillance data.
• Drive shrinkage reduction through action plans and standards.
• Identify, escalate, and support internal investigations.
• Investigate internal theft by gathering evidence with AP teams.
• Utilize video systems to monitor activity and aid investigations.
• Maintain safety and security of customers and employees.
• Lead security audits and participate in store meetings.
• Prepare prompt reports for incidents and investigations.
• Testify in court when summoned.
