Nordstrom is seeking an Asset Protection Agent to safeguard customers, teams, and merchandise while partnering with the Emergency Response Team to mitigate risks and respond to emergencies. You will help drive inventory accuracy and protect store assets by executing security audits and leading shrinkage reduction efforts.

Responsibilities include investigating internal theft, preparing incident reports, and coordinating with store leadership and local authorities.

• Resolve theft with sound judgment and proper apprehensions in high shrinkage areas.

• Lead shrinkage reduction efforts and implement protection standards.
• Support internal theft investigations via reporting and surveillance systems.
• Investigate theft by gathering evidence with AP leadership and investigations teams.
• Monitor activity via video systems and aid item-level investigations.
