You will conduct hazardous evacuation drills, ensure compliance with federal and state policies, and lead safety training for team members, including orientation and powered equipment operation. Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Flexibility in performing assigned shift work.
• Understanding of Federal and State safety policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
• Experience in Loss Prevention, Security or Military background is beneficial.
• Ability to conduct internal/external theft investigations.
• Ability to lead and teach safety-related classes (orientation, evacuation, powered equipment operation).

Responsibilities

• Conduct hazardous emergency evacuation drills including tornado and fire drills.
• Maintain high standards of safety, accountability for self and others (200%).
