Sephora in Barton Creek (Austin) is hiring an Asset Protection Partner to safeguard assets and support a safe, inclusive environment for clients and staff. You'll work with store leaders to implement safety measures, monitor activity, and handle incidents with professionalism.

The role emphasizes on-floor presence, collaboration with leadership, and compliance with AP policies. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and respond to peak retail hours.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.
• Understanding of retail operations, shrink, and safety.
• Ability to build trust and collaborate across teams.
• Conflict de-escalation skills.
• Comfortable with CCTV and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety & awareness; lead meetings and training.
• Maintain strong store presence by spending 75–80% of time on the selling floor.
• Partner with leadership to align shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
• Monitor and investigate losses using CCTV and reporting tools.
• Handle incident response with professionalism.
• Execute audits and prepare asset protection reports.
• Ensure compliance with all asset protection policies and licensing.
• Support multiple locations as needed.
• Represent Sephora; testify in court if required.
