Qualifications

• 1–2 years in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.
• Understanding of retail operations, shrink, and safety.
• Ability to build trust and collaborate across teams.
• Conflict de-escalation skills.
• Comfortable with CCTV and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and awareness, lead or join trainings.
• Maintain a strong store presence, deter theft on floor.
• Collaborate with managers to align shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
• Monitor and investigate losses using CCTV and reports.
• De-escalate incidents with professionalism and priority on safety.
• Execute audits and reporting for asset protection.
• Adhere to asset protection policies and licensing requirements.
• Support multiple locations as needed.
• Represent Sephora and provide testimony if required.
