Sephora in Orlando, FL is hiring an Asset Protection Partner to safeguard assets, support a safe client and employee environment, and work with store leadership and the District Asset Protection Manager on safety and shrink strategies.

The role focuses on monitoring store activity, de-escalating incidents, and conducting audits while maintaining excellent service on the selling floor. Candidates should be detail-oriented and committed to inclusion.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.
• Understanding of retail operations, shrink, and safety.
• Ability to build trust and collaborate across teams.
• Conflict de-escalation skills.
• Comfortable with CCTV and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety & awareness; lead meetings and training to increase asset protection and reinforce safety protocols.
• Maintain strong store presence by spending 75-80% on the selling floor to deter theft and support service.
• Partner with leadership; collaborate with managers to align shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
• Monitor & investigate using CCTV and reporting tools to identify losses and incidents.
• Respond to incidents with de-escalation and prioritize safety and customer experience.
• Execute audits and reporting for asset protection efforts and compliance.
