Job summary

Sephora is seeking an Asset Protection Partner at our Kendall, FL location to safeguard assets and foster a safe, inclusive environment for clients and staff. You will lead safety training, monitor store activity, and work with store leaders to implement shrink strategies while maintaining exceptional service.

The role emphasizes vigilance on the selling floor, collaboration across teams, and adherence to policies, with flexibility for peak hours and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.
• Understanding of retail operations, shrink, and safety.
• Ability to build trust and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety & awareness.
• Lead/join meetings and training to increase asset protection and reinforce safety protocols.
• Maintain strong store presence on the selling floor to deter theft and support service.
• Partner with leadership to align shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
• Monitor & investigate losses using CCTV and reporting tools.
• De-escalate situations professionally, prioritizing safety and customer experience.
• Execute audits and reporting for asset protection efforts.
• Adhere to asset protection policies and licensing requirements.
• Represent Sephora when needed, including testimony in court.
