Job summary

Sephora in Tampa, FL is seeking an Asset Protection Partner to safeguard assets and foster a safe, inclusive environment for clients and employees. You will work with store leaders to implement safety strategies, monitor activity, and handle incidents with professionalism.

The role emphasizes teamwork, CCTV use, audits, and de-escalation skills, with 30–40 hours weekly on-site and a focus on safety and selling-floor presence.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.
• Understanding of retail operations, shrink, and safety.
• Ability to build trust and collaborate across teams.
• Conflict de-escalation skills.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety & awareness.
• Lead/join meetings and training on asset protection.
• Maintain strong store presence and deter theft.
• Spend 75-80% on selling floor to support service and safety.
• Monitor & investigate losses using CCTV and reports.
• De-escalate incidents professionally, prioritizing safety.
• Execute audits and prepare asset protection reports.
• Adhere to policies and licensing requirements.
• Support multiple locations as needed.
