Qualifications

• Completion of 2 years of college.
• Experience in asset protection or loss prevention.
• Ability to supervise multiple direct reports.
• Background check and/or firearms training as required.
• Attend and complete all required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop hourly associates through training and mentoring.
• Manage loss prevention and inventory controls to reduce shrink.
• Investigate and document policy violations and criminal activity.
• Ensure safety programs and accident prevention measures.
• Oversee claims and receiving operations per policy.
• Communicate plans and goals to teams and stakeholders.
