• 1 year’s experience in accounting, claims, inventory control, systems/UPC, personnel, or loss prevention/asset protection.
• 2 years’ experience in asset protection or related area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee asset protection and safety programs across the store.
• Investigate theft, policy violations, and safety incidents; document findings and report to leadership.
• Develop training plans and mentor associates; enforce loss prevention policies and procedures.
• Lead and develop teams by setting expectations and providing feedback; drive process improvements.
