Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of 2 years of college.
• 1 year of supervisor experience in a multi-department environment.
• 1 year of experience in accounting, claims, inventory control, systems/UPC, personnel, or loss prevention in a multi-department environment.
• 2 years' experience in asset protection or related area.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop hourly associates through hiring, training, and mentoring.
• Inspect inventories and enforce loss prevention policies.
• Investigate fraud and security incidents and document findings.
• Ensure safety and risk controls; supervise safety team.
• Coordinate with managers to implement corrective actions and process improvements.
